How AGSL Technology Consulting collects, uses and protects the information you provide through this website, including consultation, resource-request, procurement and CV-submission forms.

Effective date: September 2026  ·  Last updated: September 2026

AGSL Technology Consulting (“AGSL”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you. AGSL is the operating business name of Afroxchange Global Services Limited, a Canadian registered corporation based in Regina, Saskatchewan.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to personal information collected through www.agsl.ca and its online forms, including our contact, consultation, resource-request, technology-procurement and consultant-registration forms. It does not apply to information governed by a separate written agreement between you and AGSL, or to third-party websites we may link to.

2. Who we are

AGSL Technology Consulting is a Regina-based Canadian technology consulting and professional services firm. For any privacy question, or to exercise the rights described below, you can contact us at info@agsl.ca or by mail at 2075 Hamilton Street, Regina, Saskatchewan S4P 2E1, Canada.

3. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to respond to your enquiry or assess your suitability for opportunities. Depending on the form you use, this may include your name, organization, job title, email address, telephone number, city/province/country, LinkedIn or website address, service or resource interest, a description of your requirement, your preferred contact method, and — for consultant registrations — your professional category, years of experience, work authorization, availability and a CV or supporting documents you choose to upload.

4. How we collect information

We collect personal information directly from you when you submit a form, send us an email, or otherwise communicate with us. We also collect limited technical information automatically through standard website analytics (see Section 10). We do not knowingly collect more information than is necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

5. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, to assess suitability for AGSL and client opportunities, to coordinate professional resourcing, cybersecurity, cloud, procurement and delivery support, to communicate with you about relevant opportunities where you have consented, and to meet our legal, procurement and record-keeping obligations. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review.

6. Consent

By submitting a form, you consent to AGSL collecting and using your information for the purposes described in this policy. Our careers and consultant CV-upload forms include an explicit consent statement for AGSL to retain your profile and contact you about suitable current and future opportunities. Registration or submission does not guarantee employment, contract engagement, client submission or placement. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal and contractual restrictions, by contacting us (see Section 12).

7. Disclosure of your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate this website and manage enquiries (for example, our customer-relationship and form-processing systems), and only to the extent needed to provide those services. Where an enquiry relates to a client requirement or a partner-enabled service, we may share relevant details with the applicable client or partner with a lawful basis or your consent. We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process. We do not publish client logos or names without permission.

8. Data storage and retention

Your information is stored within our customer-relationship and business systems. We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, to consider you for current and future opportunities where you have consented, and to meet legal, procurement and record-keeping requirements. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to securely delete or anonymize it.

9. How we protect your information

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, use or disclosure. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we work to protect your information using measures appropriate to its sensitivity.

10. Cookies and website analytics

This website may use cookies and similar technologies to support core functionality and to understand how the site is used through standard analytics. This may include information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring source. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some site features may not function as intended if cookies are disabled.

11. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party websites, including technology partners such as Protexxa. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

12. Your privacy rights

Subject to applicable Canadian privacy law, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, to withdraw consent, and to request deletion of your information where appropriate. To make a request, contact us at info@agsl.ca. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

13. Children's privacy

This website and our services are directed to organizations and professionals, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of majority. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

14. Changes to this policy and how to contact us
